Job Description
Human Resources Department
Responsibilities:
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Screen and select applicants for interviews, conduct employment interviews and make recommendations to line managers for further assessments
- Liaise with line managers to identify their staffing needs and recommends effective solutions to facilitate them achieving business targets
- Source appropriate recruitment channels to fulfill the recruitment needs, including preparing recruitment advertisements and sourcing appropriate effective recruitment agencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment position, preferably in a banking environment
- Knowledge of employment legislation and relevant banking regulation
- Able to work under pressure, good communications and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, including Putonghua
- Candidates with less experience will be also considered.
