Función Principal: Responsable del control de los procedimientos de seguridad física y apoyar los procesos de EHS en nuestras facilidades Funciones: Verificar la labor y localización de los guardianes de seguridad de la empresa externa contratada para estos fines. Llevar control de toda propiedad que entre o salga de las instalaciones, ya sea ésta de la empresa o de algún particular, según lo establecido en el Procedimiento general de Seguridad Física. Asegurar que los empleados cumplan con las diferentes políticas corporativas y las locales establecidas en la facilidad, incluyendo la política de vestimenta, política de alcohol y droga, reglas generales de seguridad, tanto al momento de la entrada como en el transcurso del turno y realizar los reportes de lugar. Asegurar la organización, orden e higiene en el área de lockers y realizar los reportes de lugar. Recibir y realizar llamadas desde la central telefónica, cuando la recepción principal no esté disponible (1er. Turno). En 2do. Turno es único responsable de las llamadas telefónicas. Recibir y clasificar, por planta y por departamento, todo tipo de correspondencia externa dirigida al personal administrativo, y que sea depositada en esta recepción. Brindar soporte en casos de emergencia médicas, incluyendo contacto a SERENA, levantamiento de documentación inicial, comunicación a EHS y RRHH Brindar soporte en caso de emergencias antrópicas (Ej. Incendios, derrames, escapes de gas, actos terroristas…) y naturales (Sismos, huracanes, tsunami…) incluyendo el levantamiento de documentación inicial. Brindar soporte en la investigación de los casos de pérdidas de materiales y en los cosas de violencia en el lugar de trabajo Realizar rondas de inspección en el área de oficinas, momentos antes de terminar el turno. Realizar reportes diarios requeridas por el sistema de gestión de EHS, incluyendo los requerimientos de EATON Global Security Standard. Brindar soporte en el proceso de control de acceso a la facilidad Estar presto ante cualquier eventualidad y que requiera de su presencia Qualifications Requisitos: Bachiller concluido Conocimientos básicos de inglés.
