As an Oil Type Transformer Core & Coil Production Engineer you will be responsible for managing production team and processes of core and coil department of oil type transformer. Job Responsibilities Inputting production values into SAP, Following up Productivity, Following up Kaizen projects, Supporting the updating process of Master Production Plan, Creating and following Time Studies of production processes, Supporting Quality A3 Studies, Managing production team of 50 people and 2 team leaders, Follow up of 5S, Managing EHS topics of his/her department such as trainings, PPE's and machine guarding, Absenteeism, Seeking the correct machine supplier in the market for the needs, Comparing the designed and produced values of the transformers, Follow up of suggestions, Following rewarding system, Creating Standardized Work Instructions and updating them, Follow up of RCCP, Following the test results of transformers, Inventory counting and creating projects for reduction, Machine maintenance plan preparation, Layout studies, Increasing capacity studies #LI-ZK1 Qualifications Are you? Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical engineering. 5 years of work experience in oil type transformer. Technical knowledge of Low and Medium Voltage systems. Strong project-management, commercial & negotiations skills. Strong language capability Turkish and English. Strong organizational, presentation, communication and time management skills, results driven. Ability to work within an international, culturally diverse and matrix based organization. Advanced IT skills (Excel and PowerPoint). Capable of working independently as well as within a team.
