As the Omnichannel Marketing Lead, you are responsible for the strategic design, execution and tracking to optimise our health care practitioners and patient experience across all channels
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with brand team, agencies, and other key parties to translate business strategy into Omnichannel Campaign Strategy and Execution and deliver multichannel campaigns that drive business results for the assigned brands
- Provide thought leadership across targeted channels, campaign planning, segmentation, and ideation to build personalized experiences
- Monitor and evaluate current brand campaigns and make recommendations to optimize performance where appropriate
- Ensure campaigns are in compliance with AstraZeneca privacy, consent, quality and security policies
- Drive the digital mindset and influence the evolution of marketing capability as a significant component for the delivery of business outcomes
Essential Requirements
- Your education background is in science or marketing preferably with an MBA from a top university
- With an eye for business; you understand process solutions, digital and non-digital channels, customer centric marketing, and
- Dedicated in nature, you are able to work flexibly and have the ability to influence a range of people
- You are excited at the prospect of overcoming challenges in combining medical, legal and scientific requirements with authentic storytelling and personalisation
- You are proficient in English with strong communication skills
