Job Description
Responsibilities:
？Complete China tax declaration timely and accurately including VAT , Export refund, CIT and stamp duty etc, be compliant with the related tax rules and company policies.
？monthly tax invoice issued based on timing of tax liability arising, Purchase VAT invoice, visit local bureau per request from tax official, update Information in tax system.
？monthly VAT input invoice certification through golden system.
？VAT and export invoices: to supervise the invoice billing
？Prepare tax accounting journal and tax account reconciliation monthly
？Maintain smooth relationship with tax bureau and address any queries raised in prompt and proper manner
？Declaration of foreign exchange: daily declaration once receiving foreign exchange
？Be responsible for payment (included CNY, FC/BAD payment to vendor, etc)
？Bank facility transaction : bank slip, bank statement report, Foreign currency prepayment register in SAFE website; some legally changing of banks
？BAD process if happened
？Month end closing: to align and finish the checklist based on the FSSC requirement
？Prepare monthly report
？Process improvement
？Promptly respond to information requests from internal and external stakeholders, including auditors.
Requirements:
？ University with major in accounting or finance
？ At least 5 years experience in Accounting or finance.
？ Update finance & foreign exchange management knowledge
？ ERP system experience (SAP preferred).
？ Good English in both oral and written.
？ Good in Microsoft Office software.
？ Good communication skill.
？ Self-motivated person.
？ Work under pressure.
