该岗位属于VWR 大连Intel工厂驻场服务团队，主要负责协助Team Lead完成所辖团队的日常管理工作,文件管理，数据及报告整理，作为Team Lead的Back up，并负责On-site manager交办的其他工作。

• 协助Team lead完成所辖团队的日常管理工作；
• 制定团队人员的日常工作计划，并汇总完成进度；
• 日常文件的管理，变更记录及跟进。
• 团队的效率及产量的统计，并从数据方面支持持续改善。
• 协助Team Lead检查技师的各项工作是否符合SOP要求，是否符合客户规范要求，记录并纠正；
• 协助Tean Lead解决end-user的问题，并解答end-user的疑问。
• 负责问题发现及解决情况反馈，并对解决方案的实施进行追踪。
• 负责所辖团队日常工作数据的汇总和报告，并准备客户需求的数据及数据分析报告；
• 及时回复客户邮件及电话，协调解决各项需求及问题反馈；
• 协助On-site Manager 开展管理工作，编写流程及管理文件；
• 上级领导交办的其他工作。

• 3年以上工作经验；本科学历；
• 外企工作经验优先；有日常工作数据处理经验优先；

• 具有较强的执行力和沟通能力；
• 客户为中心的工作方式；
• 具有独立并主动工作的意识；
• 能够使用Word/Excel/PPT完成数据分析报告；
• 具有英文读写能力，并能在英语环境中办公；
