Opportunity to join Oracle OnDemand provisioning team as Application DBA. Can be suitable for consultants, support people .. etc. DEPARTMENT We are currently looking for OnDemand Applications or Application Server DBA to be based in our Dalian office. The OnDemand provisioning team is responsible for a successful initialisation of OnDemand customer environments and ensures all OnDemand standards and procedures are adhered to for the project. Duties include new software installation and basic configuration for Oracle E-BusinessSuite, Database Server and Application Server. The provisioning analyst works with system, network & database administrators, service delivery managers and customers to insure integrity of the installation. In this role you should have skills in installation and configuration of one or more Oracle products and knowledge of UNIX system administration and networking principles. RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Installation & Configuration of OnDemand Certified Configuration products as well as standard installation for our customers. 2.Ensuring common standards and procedures are adhered to 3.Ability to form effective relationships with client, their consultants and their users to raise the level of customer satisfaction 4.Delivery of both proactive and reactive support in a timely manner 5.Root cause analysis of difficult problems and their solutions 6.Engage with Oracle customers that have a high profile or technical requirement QUALIFICATIONS 1.Minimum 4-5 years of Oracle Core Technology expertise like Oracle Applications, Application or Dabase Server 2.Has in-depth technical knowledge of Oracle internals,SQL, PLSQL, RDBMS, and Networking concepts 3.Has thorough understanding of the Oracle Applications Concepts and configuration details. 4.Customer Support Experience preferable 5.Effective written and verbal communication skills (English) 6.Aptitude for complex problem solving 7.Ability to manage changing priorities is expected
