Do you how to maintain things right? Do you know how to solve problems? We are looking for someone for 12 months who can help us to:

• act as Project Management for the on-boarding of new clients and funds/products (fund/product launches) and for material changes (e.g. new Portfolio Manager)
• coordinate and design the envisaged operational set up based on client requirement and supported by the project team
• make use of appropriate tools and documents and comply with defined procedures within the onboarding team
• track all new, running and completed fund projects assigned to you to prepare for the onboarding meeting
• ensure timely completion of each project
• ensure that operational aspects and requirements in the on-boarding of a new clients and fund/product or in case of a material changes are considered and met
