The territory for this role includes: Minnesota, Colorado, and parts of New Mexico, Arizona and Iowa

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

The primary responsibilities of this role, Oncology Account Manager, are to:

 

 

  • Develop relationships and regular interaction with CEO’s, CFO’s, Medical Directors, Practice Administrators, Pharmacy Directors, APC Program Coordinators

 

  • Subject matter expert and point person for all business, discount & rebate program matters within identified accounts

 

  • In collaboration with internal and external partners develop strategies and tactics that drive appropriate utilization of products and identification of appropriate patient profiles across the account network

 

  • Identify scalable and replicable processes aimed at increasing operational efficiencies around Xofigo. Identify operational barriers to use and develop solutions that enhance the Xofigo experience

 

  • Build strategic long term business partnership with customers and align KAE resources with clinical and business needs of the practice.

 

  • Review and analyze contracted product performance at the regional level and communicate account performance broadly with key internal stakeholders

 

  • The OAM will be responsible for developing and implementing his/her own business plan; communicate early and often their plan with their commercial colleagues and identify opportunities to move the account forward

Required Qualifications:

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably In Science, Nursing, Business or Marketing

 

  • Resourceful, strategic and analytical thinker, and creative problem solver

 

  • Minimum of 7 years of applicable healthcare experience, preferable in marketing ,sales, managed markets or management

 

  • Candidate must have demonstrated strategic selling skills and demonstrated ability to influence without authority

 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with comfort in interacting with Sr. Executives (CEO, CFO, CMO Pharm. Dir. etc.)

 

  • Proficient in Power Point and Excel

 

  • Some weekends required

 

  • Business travel by air and car required up to 60%
