Job Description

Lead all pre/post-launch strategic planning and activities for hematology & rare disease in oncology. This position will play a key role as a launch leader for the assigned breakthrough medicines with high unmet medical needs by building solid launching plan reflecting competitive intelligence, and business insights.

Functional Capabilities

(that are most critical to this position)

  • Secure in-depth knowledge of market size/dynamics, treatment pathway, competitive landscape, payer landscape, and unmet needs
  • Identify and drive insight generation for key business questions that will be used as inputs to shape the market and define critical success factors
  • Develop, manage and build specialists relationships to support the business strategy, facilitating strong relationships and links between customers
  • Conduct market research to understand physician/patient dynamics, assessing operational support needs and developing launch tools
  • Help monitor and diagnose brand performance, leading partnership efforts according to life-cycle priorities, and sharing insights
  • Lead cross-functional team to achieve planned key milestone

[Rare disease]

  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the product, customer(especially “Patients”) and environment
  • Identify specific business opportunities, draft and implement specific plans of action in order to maximize the opportunity
  • Lead account planning and implement access process

[Hematology]

  • Develop overarching HCP marketing strategies and tactics, including creation of brand strategy plan, launch plans, and competitive readiness plans and develop key sales messages
  • Lead the integration of insight from a variety of sources to establish the robust opportunity focused strategies
