Requirements
High Degree level qualification in science/medicine preferred
Post-graduate/MBA level qualification preferred
Pharmaceutical experience in Oncology at strategic leadership level essential
Demonstrable success within Oncology Sales and Marketing leadership essential
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop capability across cross-functional teams
In depth understanding of the Oncology patient experience from diagnosis throughout the rest of their journey
Demonstrable Strategic approach within Oncology and clear evidence of innovation leading to success
Strong focus on effective decision making and results
