Job Description

Functional Capabilities

(that are most critical to this position)

  • Lead launch design and planning, including establishing launch strategy and go-to-market plan
  • Propose optimal operating commercial model for new launches
  • Secure in-depth knowledge of market size/dynamics, treatment pathway, competitive landscape, payer landscape, and unmet needs
  • Conduct market research to understand physician/patient dynamics, assessing operational support needs and developing launch tools
  • Identify and drive insight generation for key business questions that will be used as inputs to shape the market and define critical success factors
  • Lead cross-functional team to achieve planned key milestone

Essential Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degrees and above (major in Biology/Pharmacy preferred)
  • 10+ years of commercial experience working at a specialty-focused or oncology pharmaceutical company 
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience including in-line marketing and new product planning. Additional experience in sales or market research, forecasting/analytics is a plus
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytics, and effective project management skills
  • Demonstrated self-starter with experience working with cross-functional team
  • Good command of English
