Key Responsibilities
Understand, identify, develop and engage with stakeholders within Oncology Diagnostics Ecosystem
Understand and measure Biomarker-driven test for EGFR, T790M , BRCA , HRR & HRD testing
Collaboration with medical, market access, commercial and external partners on relevant diagnostics related programs
Identifying key influencers/decision-makers and using the relationships to achieve diagnostic strategy objectives
Support biomarker driven testing programs by optimizing the diagnostics environment
Understanding laboratory workflow processes and technology
Execution of Diagnostics strategy aligned with Medical Affairs plans
Identify issues in testing landscape and work with partners to develop solutions to remove or minimize diagnostic barriers towards access of therapy use e.g. by optimizing testing pathways
Develop capabilities in stakeholders
Deliver diagnostic educational initiatives including meetings, exhibitions, conferences/symposium, digital activities
Initiate and conduct AZ staff training & development emerging diagnostic landscape trends in clinical medicine and practice
Act as scientific specialist in Diagnostics
Continuously acquire and update vital scientific knowledge on therapeutic area and compounds.
Provide update on partnerships with HCPs, as speakers, or in the context of diagnostic projects or AZ sponsored educational events
Compliance with relevant company and industry code of Conduct and also to align with local country regulations
Keep regular update and operate within the relevant Codes of Conduct, Ethical Interactions (EI), including GPEI and SOPs
Be sure to understand AZ policies when engage to KOLs and partners
Essential requirements
You have a PHD, MBBS, Masters degree in a scientific field
You are proficient in English communication
Prior industry experience in Diagnostics domain is helpful
Extensive knowledge of the latest technical and regulatory developments
