JOB PURPOSE

Associate Director Physicians design and ensure successful conduct of clinical studies with highest integrity in China and review study results. Associate Director Physicians are core members in China Product Team and responsible for compound’s China development strategy and plan.

Academic / Professional Qualification

Essential - Medical Degree

• Medical training in TA Desirable N/A

Technical / Skills Training

Essential - Disease Knowledge, Pt journey

• Tx guidance
• Compound knowledge
• Regulatory guidance for the TA
• Medical monitoring
• Safety reporting and Risk Management Plan
• CSP/CSR content & data analysis
• Presentation & communication skill
• AZ clinical development process

- Industry/competitor knowledge Desirable - Stats knowledge

• Investigator & site knowledge

Working Experience

Essential - Minimum 5 years of clinical development experience (at least as clinical research physician for 3 years) in pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry

• Prioritize and focus with attentive to detail and excellent analytical skill Desirable Clinical practice in TA
