We are looking to appoint One PLM Service Owner who is capable to successfully deliver, maintain, and improve OnePLM application service to a cross ABB Robotics business scope.

The Service Owner of the ABB Robotics OnePLM application is responsible for ensuring that the service is running and available to all people that work with it. Service Owner provides the interface with the IT organization as well as the business stakeholders that allows for a stable operation at reasonable cost as well as planned enhancement and development of both processes and service.

You will be reporting to the Global Head of Engineering Delivery Platform.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure that the application services being provided to customers are aligned to the customers’ need
• Ensure governance and communication to stakeholders
• Control the quality of application services
• Manage the service delivery team
• Manage the budget

Your background

• Strong hands-on experience with common PDM/PLM and CAD systems in an industrial environment – min 5 years
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with the proven results of managing global projects
• Ability to lead remote teams and strong collaborative abilities
• Well-developed communication influencing, coaching and leadership skills
• Fluency in English
• Flexible for travelling
