The Product Owner will be responsible for online properties at OnePlus. From inception and development through incremental refinements, these products are to become integral parts of our strategy and portfolio. You will work with various stakeholders and support from designers and engineers to create products, with the big picture in mind while paying meticulous attention to the smallest of details.

Responsibilities
Plan and design web products based on business requirements
Convey vision and goals of every project and every sprint among stakeholders
Lead and coordinate the execution of development projects with a clear sense of resource allocation
Make decisions on functional implementation
Always, always act in the interest of the product’s end users
Achieve project milestones with speed and accuracy

Requirements
Bachelors degree in computer science or related fields
Strong communication skills in building relationships with both business and technical teams
Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies
Strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, leadership
Bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus
