Job Description

About The Role:
The role will involve working closely with the Global Data Privacy Officer and Deputy Data Privacy Officer in the deployment of our OneTrust Privacy Management Software for data mapping and assessments. 

You will understand OneTrust functionality and be able to administer the software, or be willing to learn and gain certification.  Manage on a daily basis the operation of the tool raising assessments and managing their completion, collection of data for data mapping etc.

 

Main Duties Include:
* Administration of data mapping, data protection impact assessments and vendor management utilising OneTrust tool for regulatory compliance
* Assisting in project administration and management of privacy projects
* Administration of subject access requests
* Administer SAR’s received from global data subjects in a timely manner
* Act as the point of contact for data subjects and internally for coordination of the response
* Maintain records and support aspects of the privacy process escalating as appropriate
* Assist in administration of our response to Subject Access Requests

Requirements:

* Knowledge and understanding of European and UK data protection law 
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suites (visio, excel, word, Sharepoint etc.)
* Ability to communicate effectively with people worldwide both verbally and in writing
* Self-motivated with an ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
* Good Organisational Skills
* Attention to detail
* Good team player
