Job duties:

• Handle inbound call only (no selling)
• Handle inquiries and complaints
• Provide excellent service to clients

Job requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holders in any diciplines
• At least 1-2 years experience working experience, preferrably in banking and finance industry
• Good command of English and Putonghu
• Shift duty is required (no overnight)
