Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder
• 1 year of customer services experience in the banking industry is highly preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good communication skills and telephone manner with positive attitude
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Be responsible, self-motivated, organized, hard-working, and willing to work under pressure
