  • Design and implement online customer activation programs leveraging Marketing campaign and platform promotion window like

  • Design and implement Super brand/category/product day promotion plan.
  • Great innovation and disruptive thinking in Online customer activation.
  • Excellent execution of plan by working with sales team, marketing team and all the other stakeholders(including TP and agencies)
  • Track and analyse performance of ecommerce pages, monitor best practice by other brands, then provide insights for continuous improvements(Responsible for the search ranking optimization and category rankings, pricing and promotion, user ratings and reviews, on-shelf availability etc. across all platform clients)
  • Optimize the efficiency of in-site media investment with rationally budget dispense for paid traffic and strategy adjustment for free traffic;
  • Strategy planning for recruiting new users and improving repeat purchase;
  • Data bank exploring to enhance the efficiency of consumer operation.
  • CP budget allocation and control

任职条件

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 6+ years of trade marketing experience,at least 2 year EC Marketing experience required.
  • BAT uni-marketing working experience or has in-depth cooperation experience with BAT uni-marketing in consumer goods, direct sales industry experience as Ecommerce digital or trade marketing
  • Has brand management or insight background is a value added
  • B2C E-commerce customer activation experience a must
  • Working in food industry is a plus.
