Summary:
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and experienced ESL teachers at Xuhui district, down town of Shanghai.

Position Information:
- One year contract;
- 5 working days per week, weekends off;
- 40 working hours per week ;
- Working time: 1PM to 9PM.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Native speaker of English from the following countries: (US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa)
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least two years solid classroom teaching experience.
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate (120 hours)
- 25 to 60 years of age
- Willing to work irregular hours (weeknights and weekends)
- Punctual, outgoing and enthusiastic work attitude

Duties
1. Teaching ESL (online) --- English as a Second Language;
2. Giving oral tests(placement tests) via telephone/QQ/Skype;
3. Lesson planning and preparation as well as curriculum development;
4. Giving demo classes for potential customers via telephone/QQ/Skype;
5. Assisting with administration including intake and placement of students and recording attendance;
6. Counseling students online;
7. Participating in the school’s social program including Extra Curricular Activities (ECA’s);
8. Participating in promotional and marketing activities organized by the school ;
9. Attending all scheduled meeting where his/her presence is required ;
10.Other tasks assigned by Education Department and our school in his/her working hours.
