Job Description
Responsibilities:

Working with the customer service team to solve unique problems that arise when operating a multi-region MMORPG.

Ensuring white glove treatment for VIP users, making sure all their needs are met.

Designing and executing community events that keep players tied to the game.

Developing social media strategies that keep users informed about the game and attract new users.

Requirements:
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be a gamer with a deep understanding of gaming culture overseas
Must be up to date on the latest internet memes and pop culture.
Must be a self-starter and comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
