Responsibilities
1. Define, implement and drive the online marketing and traffic acquisition strategy over GC;
2. Responsible for the demand generation Media strategy for GC markets, across all relevant touch points including above-the-line advertising and digital marketing based on the business focus and market understanding;
3. Drive and increase the exploitation of digital channels in all markets, including but not limited to PPC, SEO, EDM, Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, Vertical and Social Media, to ensure a maximum online visibility and to acquire customers for the company;
4. Bring new & innovative approaches to digital marketing and customer engagement strategy through the identification of different online channel, tracking and media opportunities;
5. Develop the online campaign go-to-market plan and manage the online marketing budget;
6. Create, schedule and optimize paid ads for Baidu, 360, Sougou, Google, WeChat, LinkedIn and etc.;
7. Focus on ROI and efficiency of all marketing activities and produce reports regularly;
8. Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of existing traffic acquisition activities with continuous optimization and improvement.
9. Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data;
10. Work closely with cross functional teams including but not limited to marketing, APAC PR, sales teams, product team as well as reference customers, to provide the best-in-class digital experience to target consumers.
Requirements :
1. At least 5 years of digital online experience; track record of managing traffic acquisition activities for an online e-commerce or lead-generation business model in a commercial environment preferably B2B ;
2. Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or related subject;
3. Strong internet marketing and business skills; including PPC/SEO/EDM, Performance Display, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing;
4. Excellent knowledge in Baidu Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and other tracking system;
5. Must be analytical and strategic with business sense;
6. Passionate about Tech industry, result driven, innovation, accountability; Learning agility; Team work;
7. Fluent in English and Mandarin, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
