Job Description
R2Games is looking for an experienced Online Marketing Specialist (Junior/Senior) to work closely with internal game teams, executive and our external partners to promote our browser/mobile games in the Spanish/Turkish-speaking (填写语种) market. This position requires coordination with internal department teams as well as external partners and agencies.
Job Responsibilities:
• Developing & Testing creative content and initiatives
• Conduct effective and dynamic marketing campaigns through all ad channels
• Use Analytical Skills & tools to refine campaigns
• Effectively managing budgets and key partners including global and local mobile advertising partners, Google, Facebook
• Effectively communicating with internal game teams and external partners and agencies
Requirements:
• 2+ years (Senior); 1 year or less (Junior) online marketing experience in games industry or similar entertainment sector
• Outstanding communication skills - especially for the strong negotiation & influencing skills
• International and action-orientated perspective.
• In depth knowledge of the gaming market.
• Fluent English and Chinese skills written and spoken
• Passionate about games - especially for Free-to-Play models, user behavior and analytics
• Broad understanding of Online Marketing and PR.
• Delivery focus with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects to completion.
• Can demonstrate integrity and professional etiquette in dealing with business partners (internal/external).
• Willing to relocate to Shenzhen, China.
