Job duties:

• Handle inbound calls and email related to digital banking
• Handle inquiries and complaints professionally
• Provide instructions to customers in operating digital banking accounts
• Provide excellent serivce and ensure service stand is being met

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder in any fields
• At least 1 year banking or finance experience
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Passionate, friendly and customer-oriented personality
