Job Description

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production teams to help them deliver online projects according to their roadmap.
• Help development teams to integrate and implement features relying on our online platform.
• Support operations teams to manage and troubleshoot services configuration.
• Participate in medium to large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects for platform tooling and improvements.
• Contribute to the ongoing efforts to document systems architecture and flows for general and technical audiences.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Graduated in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• Hands on scripting knowledge.
• Fluent in Mandarin. Good written and spoken English.
• Fair understanding of Internet protocols and other online concepts.

(HTTP, TCP, UDP, DNS, REST API, Client/Server, Peer-to-Peer, cloud, proxy, firewall, …)

• Availability to travel abroad for short periods of time.

• Ability to work as part of a team with excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferences

• Knowledge in databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Knowledge in any of those tools/systems: Git, Jira, Linux, …
• Knowledge of Agile software engineering practices, source control management, automation, testing and operations.
