1.Support the chromatography portfolio, which include instruments like Gas Chromatography, Liquid Chromatography, Mass Specs and multivendor instruments.
2.Responsible for a wide range of different tasks with focus on a high customer satisfaction and high standards of service. You will provide remote post-sales technology support and technical services to external customers and internal field personnel utilizing remote diagnostic capabilities. This includes reactive actions that result in a timely and cost-effective problem resolution for customer and proactive preventive actions.
3.leverage post sales interactions with customers to probe and qualify further revenue opportunities. Which might result in booking transactional sales opportunities and provides highly qualified leads to sales.
4.In the Remote Support Engineer role, you will primarily support and advise our customers online/by phone and network but also occasionally go to customer site.
5.Provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services.
6.Professionally handle incoming requests from customers, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
7.Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
8.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
2.It is Best to have 2 years relevant experience as Remote Support Engineer, Field Service Engineer, End user of instruments or similar.
3.Experience with Gas Chromatography (GC), Liquid Chromatography (LC) and preferable Mass Spectrometry (MS).
4.Natural interest in technology, analyzing errors and troubleshooting.
5.Fluent in English and Chinese. Knowledge about other Taiwanese languages will be an advantage.
6.Customer service mindset to drive excellent customer experience.
7.Good Collaboration and communication skills.
8.Ability to handle a high work pace.
9.Structured and organized.
