職責：
協助和管理銷售保健品和食品的在線商店，配合增長盈利銷售
管理在線商店的日常運營，如跟進產品列表，產品定價，處理訂單處理週期和協助公司手指派工作
通過對最新產品趨勢的營銷研究，確定新的商機
定期監控客戶績效賣家評級，以確保績效不斷滿足市場和業務要求，以及識別業務改進領域
通過響應客戶產品和訂單查詢，提供在線客戶服務並管理與客戶的所有通信
與不同部門合作，確保端到端的業務成果和客戶滿意度，處理臨時任務和報告

Job responsibilities:
Diploma in market business/e-commerce or related disciplines or above
At least 1-2 years of well experience in managing and operating Amazon, Tmall, Taobao and other online stores
Prioritize experience with online sales of health supplements and foods
Attention to detail, customer first, able to handle multitasking
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Work with teams and stakeholders to achieve company sales goals

Duties:
Assist and manage online stores selling health products and foods, in line with growing profitable sales
Manage the day-to-day operations of online stores
Identify new business opportunities through marketing research on the latest product trends
Regularly monitor customer performance seller ratings to ensure performance continues to meet market and business requirements, as well as identify areas for business improvement
Provide online customer service and manage all communications with customers in response to customer product and order inquiries
Work with different departments to ensure end-to-end business results and customer satisfaction, handling temporary tasks and reports
