Job description

We are looking for a Full-time Online Teaching Assistant to provide live class support to our students. The appointee will be responsible to provide professional and comprehensive customer service to establish and retain the relationship with parents including provide standby service during lessons and handle email or telephone inquiries etc. Our teaching assistant will be also required to interact with parents for the preparatory and follow-up work of classes through social media or instant messaging software like Facebook and WhatsApp. The appointee will be called for administrative work and daily operation upon request.

Requirements

The appointee should have a Diploma or above in Education, Language, Linguistics, Social Science, Business Administration or any related discipline; have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; have good command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua; have good problem solving skills and be attentive to details.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 12:30pm-9:30pm.

Working Location: Quarry Bay

Salary: HK$13,000 – HK$21,000 per month, depends on qualification and work experience.
