Class Schedule: BJT Wed 18:30-20:00&Sat 14:30-16:00【16 weeks commitment】【Long term cooperation】
Salary: RMB 250-350/hr
Class size: 8 students

Teacher’s responsibilities:
1.Teach Word History
2.Follow our PPT and textbook to teach the class【You can edit and adjust the PPT】
3. Help students reach their goal in learning World History
4. Promote a good atmosphere during class
Job requirement:
1. Native English speakers from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in History
3. TEFL,TESOL, CELTA, or PGCE certificate holder
4. Experienced History teacher, energetic and humorous teacher is preferred
5. Open-minded and easy-going with great team spirit
Course Overview:
We will cover over 5,000 years of history. In the first semester we will look at the creation of
ancient civilizations and explore world history right up until the Fall of Rome. This will include the history of many well known Civilizations like Ancient Athens and Egypt, but also some lesser known ones, like Nubia and the Olmecs.
The Students will study the lives of some of the most important people of the Ancient World. This will include the likes of Julius Caesar, Constantine, Moses and many more. They will see learn about the impact they had on the world and why many are still celebrated today.
This course will give students a far better understanding of the world and the many difference cultures. This will give them a better understanding of the current political climate and prepare for life in a truly global world.
Plus, the students will learn from history and the leaders who helped shape it. They will analyse the tough decisions that needed to be made and plan a better course of action. This will give them far better analytical skills as they will have to explore the many consequences of any action taken.
Course Highlights:
Each lesson we will review the reading material and explore the content in more depth. This will give students an overview of ancient history, the rise and fall of Empires and an insight into daily life.
We will discuss the history of all continents and in each lesson we will explore a civilization in great detail. This will include the Assyrians, Babylonians, Ancient Indians and many, many more.
We will explore the daily lives of people in the Ancient World by looking at ways they had fun, the Gods they worshipped and jobs they would have. We will also look at the reasons why some Empires fell, but others survived for thousands of years.
Course Structure:
Each class is 1.5 hours. During the first section the students be given a basic overview of the Civilization, people and wars we are studying. Then we will review the reading, gaining a better understanding of the time period and the important people. Finally, we will discuss discuss the spread of the religion and the life of a believer. In the third section they will learn about a case study, highlighting why that religion spread or declined.
