Responsibilities
1. Define, implement and drive the online marketing and traffic acquisition strategy over GC;
2. Responsible for the demand generation SEO strategy for GC markets, across all relevant touch points including above-the-line advertising and digital marketing based on the business focus and market understanding;
3. Define product roadmap and lead execution, delivering great user experiences to both our natural search users and search engine bots;
4. Drive the analysis of SEO performance, combining insights of external and internal changes;
5. Drive and increase the exploitation of digital channels in all markets, including but not limited to PPC, SEO, EDM, Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, Vertical and other online channel, to ensure a maximum online visibility and to acquire customers for the company;
6. Develop the online campaign go-to-market plan and manage the online marketing budget;
7. Create, schedule and optimize paid and non-paid ads for Baidu, 360, Sougou, Google, WeChat, LinkedIn and etc.;
8. Focus on ROI and efficiency of all marketing activities and produce reports regularly;
9. Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of existing traffic acquisition activities with continuous optimization and improvement.
10. Work closely with cross functional teams including but not limited to marketing, APAC PR, sales teams, product team as well as reference customers, to provide the best-in-class digital experience to target consumers.
Requirements :
1. At least 5 years of digital online experience; track record of managing traffic acquisition activities for an online e-commerce or lead-generation business model in a commercial environment preferably B2B ;
2. Previous experience in SEO and deep understanding of search engines and their ranking factors. Experience in SEM and other internet marketing, traffic channels is a plus.
3. Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or related subject;
4. Strong internet marketing and business skills; including PPC/SEO/EDM, Performance Display, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing;
5. Excellent knowledge in Baidu Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and other tracking system, must be analytical and strategic with business sense;
6. Passionate about Tech industry, result driven, innovation, accountability; Learning agility; Team work;
