Job Description: Online tutor (part-time)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Teaching young learners online (English) in an international primary school environment (Subjects/ Phonics / Grammar);
2. Complete teaching tasks and ensure quality of teaching to help Chinese students achieve learning objectives;
3. Assist in creation of specialized content/topic (such as open class) to facilitate high-quality lesson delivery;
4. Proficiency in the application of online education platforms (utilizing interactive classroom tools) and application of TPR （totally physical responding）to improve student interaction, classroom participation, and enhance the interactive teaching experience;
7. In-depth study and mastery of teaching methodologies and pedagogies, and adaption into online teaching practices;
8. Participate and assist in training and academic exchange within our teaching centers and academic research and development centers;
9. Ensure normal and consistent teaching standards, and work to constantly enhance our company's reputation.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Native English speaker or the accent is near to the native English speaker;
3. At least 2 years' offline teaching or online teaching with young students (age from 3-12);
4. Teaching experience with Chinese students is preferred;
5. CELTA/TEFL/DELTA/TESOL certification is preferred;
6. Lively personality, versatile, deeply passionate in online teaching; Be responsible, enthusiastic with students, and love ESL education;
** Working time (Beijing time): 6pm-9pm in weekdays, 12.30pm-9.30 pm in weekends
** We provide class fee ranges from 100-130 CNY/per hour (online);
200-300 CNY/per hour (work in the Shanghai office)
