Job Description
Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)
  • Ensure execution of HR operations processes in compliance with relevant local regulatory laws in Employee life circle including but not limited in Employees On Boarding & Exit Process, Workday System updates, leave system updates labor contract sign /renew , probation management , expatriates allowance management , visa management, payroll related operations support etc
  • Deliver service in a timely manner with high quality and/or manage service delivery metrics in relation to the assigned process
  • Work in close partnership with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless wing-to-wing processes and one face to Business and HR Partners and employees.
  • Proactively seek customer feedback to identify areas for process improvement, standardization and productivity within assigned process
  • Advise on complex questions/requests concerning the area of expertise in a professional, courteous & timely manner
  • Develop a strong working relationship with the HR team through proactive facilitation & improvement of HR processes, ensuring effective communication and early identification of requirements & any service issues
  • Foster a culture of customer service excellence and continuous process improvement.
  • Provide ad-hoc operational support for assigned process

  • Internal Client satisfactory rate
  • Innovative approaches to improve the working efficiency and effectiveness

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Human Resources or related Human Resources support field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of human resources policies, procedures and systems, as well as local law
  • Proficiency in human resources software packages, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on non-routine matters.
  • Detail oriented, strong analytical logic foundation and a good team player
