职位描述

• Utilize advanced search techniques to identify potential candidates on databases, job boards, social media sites and other channels that meet required criteria within agreed SLA timescales
• Managing end-to-end recruitment process: candidate sourcing/screening/shortlisting, driving business-candidate interviews, decision making and hire approval processes, etc.
• Maximizing usage of direct sourcing channels and filling vacancies efficiently
• Generating timely and accurate data/metrics on recruitment activities and providing meaningful reporting to management.
• Support internal recruitment program

任职条件

• At least 2+ years hands-on recruitment experience in healthcare industry is preferred
• Proved search firm experience is preferred
• Bachelor degree with work experience communicating in English
• Good learning agility
• Strong passionate to healthcare industry.
• High pressure taking and team work spirit.
