Job Description:

• Provide on-site technical support to customer in terms of servicing, repairing, installation maintenance etc
• Responsible for trouble shooting and resolving PC hardware and software
• Handle basic networking issues
• Willing to travel to multiple sites
  
  

Requirements:

• F.5/Diploma graduated or above, fresh grad also welcome
• At least 1 year of experience in IT related but not a must
• Basic knowledge of PC/ networking/ hardware
• Good communication and problem solving skill
• HK permanent resident is required
