Responsibilities:

• To provide quality technical support, consulting services and troubleshooting of IT systems
• To plan and implement IT project and service requests
• To provide maintenance service on the Equipment
• To perform emergency on-site support by requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or relevant discipline
• Possess relevant Microsoft MCSE qualification
• Relevant work experience on Window server support is preferred
• Good knowledge with preferable skills in Network, LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewall & mobile devices
• Strong command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Has initiative analytical mind and can work under pressure
• Responsible fresh graduate will be considered as well
• Permanent HK Resident who read Chinese will be considered only

Working Pattern: 

• 08:30 – 18:00; Mon – Fri; and alternative Sat
• 7×24 standby support might be required
