Job Duties:

• Provide level 1, on-site and remote technical support to end-users in office networked environments
• Commission and troubleshoot Windows servers, workstations, print servers, routers and firewalls
• Perform routine maintenance on servers, workstations and network infrastructure
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Diploma in IT engineering (or the equivalent)
• Holder of CCNA / MCITP is an advantage but not a must
• Min 1 - 2 years relevant working experiences
• Has a good understanding of Windows Server, Exchange, Windows Operating System, networking and computer hardware
• Solid experience in supporting the PC/ LAN systems and applications; PC Cloning
• Enthusiastic in new technologies and willing to learn
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
