OpEx Engineer, OpEx ,ATSD, HT - Wulian County, Rizhao City, Shandong

岗位职责

1、负责生产所需的人员、机器、物料的短、中期规划；

2、负责制定作业标准和标准工时，包括新品的工时预测；

3、负责产能分析及改进之方案设计，不断提高产能；

4、负责装配工艺和工装夹具的设计和优化；

5、进行作业分析，制定作业说明书，努力提高工作效率，不断降低人工成本。

6、维持本区域的改善活动成果，提报不符合项目给OpEx主管。

7、巡查和纠正日常管理的运作，追踪异常状况的进展情况。

8、提供本区域IE工具的培训。

9、审查本区域现存运作并提报改善需求。

任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，工业工程或机械类及相关专业；

2、熟悉标准工时，工程分析等IE基本方法，了解效率提升，人力优化，精益生产等相关知识；

3、有坚定的工作原则和较强的沟通表达能力。

4、英语四级及以上
