Job Description
Here at YCC, we offer our Hospitality Program in locations all over China in the very best internationally recognized 5 star hotels. We are currently recruiting for the position of Guest Relations Officer in the following locations; Anhui and Hebei province .
The Role
• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient customer service.
• Manage customer satisfaction while working as a key member of a team.
• Welcome all guests and verify reservations with VIP’s and standard guests.
• Handle associated clerical duties such as updating guest information in the computer, making reservations and copying registry documents.
• Offer reasonable solutions to customer complaints.
• Tasks given directly to you by department or General Manager.
Requirements and Additional Information:
• Duration of internship: 3-6 months.
• Fluent in English, basic Mandarin is a major plus.
• Excellent customer service skills, previous working experience are a major plus.
• Friendly and professional demeanour towards colleagues and guests.
• Positive, consistently hospitable attitude whilst in and outside hotel property.

• Living stipend of RMB4000 – RMB6000 per month (depending on location)
