Job description:
1. Build the technical architecture of the company's open source projects for global developers;
2. Work with the founding team to generate open source technology strategies and plans;
3. Lead the team to complete the development and implementation of open source technology architecture;
4. Build the technical evolution route and developer ecology of open source projects;
5. Actively participate in code reviews and open technical exchanges in the community and developer platforms, and write technical blogs in related fields;

Job requirements:
1. Geek spirit, with the ultimate research spirit;
2. Be willing to share and communicate technically both internally and externally;
3. Contributors and active persons who love open source, open source communities or open source projects are preferred;
4. More than 3 years of R&D experience, familiar with video encoding, decoding or related video processing experience;
5. Experience in open source live broadcast projects, familiar with WebRTC and other related responses;
6. It is best to have Web3 related practices; it is best to have experience in VR/AR and cloud game development.
