  What you will be doing:
• Coordinate all stages of the Accor Digital solution for a opening hotel
• Implement and train hotels to the digital and application solutions
• Support Business Solutions Team in training suppliers who deliver SPOC and first level support
• Provide onboarding support to internal & external helpdesks, partners and customers
• Provide feedback on the digital applications  and roll out processes
  
  Your experience and skills include:
• Knowledge of Accor applications & systems (FOR, DRS, iPMS, iPOS)
• Interest in IT 
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Openness for business travel
• Project Management Experience is a plus
• Very good command of English, any other language is  plus
• Strong self and work organisation skills, ability to work independently within a clarified framework
• Team player, open-minded, eager to learn, flexible, passionate
