Job Description & Summary

A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

Our team is responsible for ensuring smooth operation of day to day activities at PwC. As part of the team, you will be assisting with record keeping, billing, distribution, logistics and financial planning.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• 编排员工工作日程（Scheduling staff daily work）;
• 协助处理员工在工作安排的冲突（Assist to resolve staff conflicts on jobs. ）;
• 协调审计部和其他部门的相关工作（Coordination work between assurance and other departments ）;
• 编制综合性月度报告供领导层会议和其他决策（Prepare monthly reports for Group Leaders' meeting and decision making）;
• 编制其他临时性报告 （Other ad-hoc reports where necessary）.
  

Requirements

• 很强的逻辑思维能力，对财务分析有一定的基础 (Strong logic sense, financial analysis background is preferred);
• 学习能力强，能快速接手新的工作安排( Fast learning ability and can adapt to new challenge quickly);
• 较强的Excel、Powerpoint 操作能力(Strong computer literacy on Excel and Powerpoint);
• 较好的英语水平和较强的沟通能力(Good English ability and communication skills);
• 较好的团队协作能力和积极的工作态度( A good team player and have positive attitude).
