Job Description

Duties

  • Handle enquiries and provide efficient and quality services to customers
  • Knowledge in computer hardware, networking equipment and provide troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Support team manager to handle project, administrative enhancements of branch operation
  • Liaise both internal and external parties for daily operation to enhance workflow efficiency

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in operation/ IT helpdesk support field
  • Excellent I.T knowledge with MCSE is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skill both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good organization, attention to details, good time management and self-initiative
  • Ability to work multi-tasks and within deadline
  • Immediate available is preferred.
