Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support
- Handle client’s enquiries and complaints
- Handle daily email communication
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Liaise with warehouse and logistic
Requirement:
- Form 5 or above
- 0-2 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese input
- Detail-oriented and effective communication, negotiation & problem-solving skill
- A good team player with positive attitude, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Fresh graduate is considered
- Immediate available is preferred
