Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support
  • Handle client’s enquiries and complaints
  • Handle daily email communication
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistic

 

Requirement:

  • Form 5 or above 
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese input
  • Detail-oriented and effective communication, negotiation & problem-solving skill
  • A good team player with positive attitude, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Fresh graduate is considered
  • Immediate available is preferred
