Responsibilities:

• Perform air mainly & ocean, export & import operations including data entry, arrangement of pick up and delivery, issuance of bill of lading / airway bill and manifest, documentation and filing, and following up with overseas agent,
• Able to handle full set of import & export documents
• Communicate and coordinate with customers, team members and service providers

Requirements:

• F.5 or above, with 2 years or above solid experience in operation in freight forwarding is an advantage
• Independent, responsible, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure and overtime
• PC knowledge, proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel and English & Chinese word processing
• Experience in ERP system is an advantage
• Fair in both English and Mandarin
• Immediate available preferred
