Job Description:
- Handle full set Air Import & export documents and shipments including booking with airlines & co-loaders, customer declaration, Tradelink declaration etc.
- To follow up shipment status
- Handle daily operation related enquiries and correspondence
- Arrange bookings with carriers, co-loaders and follow up
- At least 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding with experience on air freight shipping arrangement process (FCL or LCL)
- Good command of spoke and written English and Mandarin
- Regulated Agent Regime (RAR) Certificate is highly preferred
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
