Job Description:

• Handle full set Air Import & export documents and shipments including booking with airlines & co-loaders, customer declaration, Tradelink declaration etc.
• To follow up shipment status
• Handle daily operation related enquiries and correspondence
• Arrange bookings with carriers, co-loaders and follow up
• At least 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding with experience on air freight shipping arrangement process (FCL or LCL)
• Good command of spoke and written English and Mandarin
• Regulated Agent Regime (RAR) Certificate is highly preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
