Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assistant project activities to Operation Manager
- Understand & collect project requirements and assist the Operation Manager to ensure smooth implementation of project
- Co-ordinate with different branch clinic and department to smooth and meet the deadline
- Prepare documentation such as spreadsheet, letter, powerpoint etc.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required
Job requirements :
- Bachelor Degree holder or above in Business or equivalent
- With minimum 2 years' experience in relevant industry
- Good interpersonal and project management skill
- Good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work under pressure and deadline
