Title: Operation Director

Report to: General Manager

Job Responsibilities' Description:

1. Direct and coordinate overall operation of the company, and assist General Manager in formulating the company's mid-term and long term development plan.

2. Manage functional department managers of operations, and supervise department management.

3. Responsible for daily production activities in plant, including but not limited in EHS, order fulfillment, problem solving, continuous improvement, and personnel management.

4. Hit company's cost improvement targets, eliminate various waste in plant. Take responsibility to ensure product quality.

5. Responsible for operation KPIs and safe launch of new projects.

6. Finish other tasks assigned by General Manager of the company on time.

Qualification & Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above with major in engineering or science.

2.10 years manufacturing experience, including more than 5 years managerial position experiences, automobile industry is preferred.

3. Familiar with operation and management of plant, supply chain management, cost control, quality management and logistics management.

5. Familiar with IATF quality management system, with comprehensive lean production mindset and rich lean production practice experience.

6. Have good planning ability, guidance ability, coordination ability, decision-making ability, and strong comprehensive coordination and organizational management ability.

7. Strong experience in using SAP system.

8. Excellent English skills and leadership.
