Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations and strategies align with long term company’s direction
• Work closely with operation, sales and marketing team on brand building, business development, logistics arrangement etc.
• Brand exposure and operational management to drive business growth
• Develop and implement operational strategies, lead the team to achieve sales target and organizational goal
• Responsible for review, streamline and improve the current operation process

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder with at least 8 years of solid experience in retail or education industry in sizable organizations
• Detail-minded, multi-tasked and able to work under pressure
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Competent in strategic, people and team management
• Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• With regional experience will be a plus
