Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations and strategies align with long term company’s direction
- Work closely with operation, sales and marketing team on brand building, business development, logistics arrangement etc.
- Brand exposure and operational management to drive business growth
- Develop and implement operational strategies, lead the team to achieve sales target and organizational goal
- Responsible for review, streamline and improve the current operation process
Requirements:
- Diploma Holder with at least 8 years of solid experience in retail or education industry in sizable organizations
- Detail-minded, multi-tasked and able to work under pressure
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent in strategic, people and team management
- Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- With regional experience will be a plus
